PCIe-8361 initialization failed

Hi,

Currently, my PC is unable to initialize this PCIe-8361 after power up the system. The error looks like "Failed to initialzed PCI slot xxxx, NIC error". I used to see this error once for a while, but it's gone after power cycling. Since this morning, this error is always showed up everytime I boot the PC.

Have you tried using your 8361 in another PCI Express Slot in your computer, if not, do you have another PCI Express slot that you can try it in?  Do you have any other PCI Express Cards in the system?  Also, do you have the most up to date BIOS version for your system?

Do you have your chassis turned on when you see this?  And have you checked your cable connections?  Some systems will report this error when the PXI chassis isn't connected and powered on.

Also, what are the LEDs on the chassis doing?
