Hey there!
We installed a NI PCIe-8362 on a Lenovo client and the system got stuck during the boot process. This was finally solved by unplugging the card.I didn't check the BIOS compatibility with the tool, but will do next time. My colleagues have had the same issue with some cards in the past and told me that they somehow solved it by changing configuration of the 4 mini switches on the card (attachment). I wasn't able to get any detailed information about this from them or in the NI user manual. Can you help me in this case? Thanks in advance!

Thanks a lot! I studied your referred knowledgebase and the local readme file, but only found instructions for activating and using the software via mode 1. Theres no info about the other switches and their correlation.

From page 13 of MXI-Express Getting Started Guide
The functional block diagrams in this chapter illustrate the locations and availability of the dip switch package. Only the first dip switch in the package is used for this purpose. The other switches serve no function and
should be left in their default position.
