Hello, Friends.
I suspect my PXI-2530 matrix switching card has some sticky relays, and not sure how to trouble shoot.
Under the Switch Soft Front Panel, if i 'clear all connections', i find these 4 points list themselves as Closed.
Is this supposed to happen? I do not think this is correct!
80% of all measurements are DMM resistance, sometimes low power TTL signals for the oscope.
The card is rated for 60Vdc, and the highest voltage signal we have ever asked it to read is 38Vdc, we have always been in spec, so I don’t think we have ever done anything to ‘kill’ a relay or make it stick.
This problem has only happened immediately after the fixture was returned from calibration.
When we first discovered, we were able to ‘fix’ some of our test by moving their matrix card location read points.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think this is expected behavior, since 4x32 matrix needs to connect bank0/1, bank2/3, bank4/5, bank6/7 together to cascade the columns.

Thank you very much.
I can follow signals to my terminal block matrix card.
After manually establishing connections, the signals are lost, so i think something is going on inside my matrix card.
Sometimes after changing the row and column assignments, we can find the signals again.

Hi jasonduerr,
Can you be more specific? What do you mean by changing row and column assignments? Are you rerouting signals through the matrix, or are you seeing that the output is on a different channel than you would expect?
