PXI-8101 disk recovery

Hi All!

The disk of the  PXI-8101 controller seems to have crashed. When trying to load RT Safe mode, an error occurs:

Reliance v2.10 Build 1053: Assertion failure in module rlinode.c line 1138 (DCL=351)

The NI website recommends reformatting the drive. The problem is that I cannot find the Recovery CD. There is no image on the NI website either.
The Question is: Does anyone have a Recovery CD image?

Or maybe there is another way to restore the system?

You can create the bootable USB using NI MAX.

Hi!

Thank you for answer! 
I try to do this in NI-MAX 5.4. But this utility do not see USB drive:
"unable to detect USB drive". I try this with USB Flash as well as with HDD USB drive.

Windows work with this drive normally.
"Reset configuration data" do not resolve this problem.
