PXI Chassis-Power Clicking

I try to power on my 18-slot PXI chassis (1024 I believe?) and I just hear a clicking sound and nothing else.

I tried taking cards out, reseating them, it's definitely coming from the power unit.  This chassis was hooked up to a UPS/Surge Protector.  Does this mean the power unit blew?

I have a 1045 chassis (Broken) and a 1075 Chassis (Functional.)

I see in the 1075 manual it says not to use the power supply of the 1045 (since it has a lower max power output) but what about using the 1075 in the 1045 chassis?

I have a presentation monday so this couldn't have happened at a worse time.

Dyskresiac,

I would not recommend swapping the power supplies.  Only if they have the same part number, you could do it.
