PXI doesn't boot

HI

I have a PXIe1062Q chassis with 8133 controller. When I turn on my system, nothing appears on the screen,the "power ok" led is blinking and the system will restart after few seconds.

any help ???

Hi,

Could you try out your controller in an other chassis? Or could you put an other controller into the 1062Q chassis?

Is the Power LED blinking green or red colour on the controller?

For some (general) troubleshooting step please follow the manual :https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/372870d/resource/372870d.pdf in the 5-1 section.

If your 8133 went wrong you should send it back to RMA repair. In this case send an e-mail via ni.com/ask with your contact details and serial number of 8133 or call the NI toll free number from your country.

Yes... I tried another controller on the same chassis and it works, but when I try the same controller with another chassis, I will face the same problem.

In that case you should send it back to repair and please contact with techsupport via ni.com/ask.
