I’m having trouble getting the scope to work.

It keeps throwing the error shown in the attached image at the initialize step.

I tested it using NI-Scope’s own example VI, but it still doesn’t work. Additionally, it won’t perform self-calibration in NI MAX, claiming that the resource is in use—even though LabVIEW and TestStand are not running.

The self test in NI-MAX is ok.

What are the versions of Windows, LabVIEW and NI-Scope? Make sure they are compatible. If you have confirmed that they are compatible, try reinstalling NI-Scope ddriver.

Windows 10, LabVIEW 2018 SP1 and NI-SCOPE 18.7.0.

The problem was solved after rebooting the computer.
