Is Digital Pattern Editor compatible with PXIe-6345?
In particular, I want to use the PXIe-6345 analog inputs to measure voltage, and I want to look at the results in the Pin View window of the Digital Pattern Editor.
If they are compatible, how do I fill the pin map? Should the Instrument Type be DAQmx? What should I put in the Task Type and Channel List fields?
At present, the Pin View window shows "Unsupported instrument type or pin not connected to an instrument". This with digital pattern editor 21.0.0.

No, Digital Pattern Editor only works with NI-657x.
If you want to measure voltage using analog input channels, why would you want to display the results in digital but not analog waveform?

Thanks, ZYOng,
We use digital pattern editor as a soft-panel, among other things. It works for the PXIe-6570 outputs, and for nidcpower instruments like PXIe-4141 (below). One good thing about it is that it is pin based.
I was hoping to bring a pin-view like this up so that I could inspect the DC voltage at the PXIe-6345 analog inputs. Can it do that?
In the pin-map, how should enter the 6345 information?

Excerpt from Interacting with Instruments
System View — Use this view to see or edit all the settings and measurements for all the pins and relays in the active pin and channel map connected to a digital pattern instrument, NI-DCPower instrument, or relay driver module and to see a list of patterns currently loaded on the digital instruments. You can also use this view to edit pattern sequencer flags and registers and interactively debug and make changes to the state of your digital pattern instruments, NI-DCPower instruments, or relays.
Unfortunately, Digital Pattern editor does not support DAQ devices. You can Using Test Panels in Measurement & Automation Explorer for Devices Supported by NI-DAQmx

Nope, DPE can support only NI Digital, NI DC Power, NI Switch drivers and not DAQmx
