I encountered an issue for PXIe 4081. My PXI system is connected with a PC using PXIe8360 and PCIe8361.
1. PXIe4081 can be found in the MAX, can reset but cannot self-test.
2. When open the test panel in MAX, the error -1074102163 show up but this error code is not description.
Is anyone has the same issue, is it possible the issue of the cable between PXIe8360 and PCIe8361?

I would try to reinstall the drivers.

Actually i have 5 cards, PX6224,PXI2520,PXI2521,PXI6509 and PXIe 4081, other cards except PXIe 4081 can be controlled via the control panel in MAX.
The PXIe 4081 can be found but when open the panel, it reported the error.
i have tried DMM driver 18.0, 18.1 and all installed successfully without any error or warning. I make sure that the driver is OK.
I just wonder whether the EXPRESS MXI 1 cable has some problems, for PXI cards are OK, but the PXIe 4081 not works ?

Hi keivn,
1. This error refers to potential corruption in the NI-DMM Driver.
You can try to perform a repair on the NI-DMM driver to fix any corruption and ensure there are no missing files preventing it from functioning as expected.
Follow this link: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/18/uninstall-or-repair-national-instruments...
2. You can also troubleshoot your MXI EXPRESS 1 board to identify its status through the indicators. Refer to the attachment (page 3-8, 3-9, 3-10) to make sure everything is right.
Hope this able to help you.
