Stacking 4137 SMU

Encountered these whitepapers on cascading SMUs for higher voltages.

On the third one, it included 4137 high voltage smu (+-200V), but there is no mention of it on the other two.

My question is, did anyone try to stack two smu 4137 or is this even safe/possible?

As long as you don't exceed the absolute maximum ratings of the instrument, connectors, and cabling, you are okay with stacking the 4137.
