Trying to DO I2C _write in Digital pattern editior

Iam doing I2C_write operation  PXI hardware as a master and STM32F407VGT6 as a slave i  have given slave address 0x18 and in digital pattern editior is 0x30 for write operation but iam  getting failed Cycle  at ACK L

And your question is why the ack failed? did you get a chance to look debug this using digital scope feature of DPE?
