Update Windows xp in NI PXI-8106 controler? Can any issues arise?

Hello.

We're using a NI PXI-1052 Chassis with a NI PXI-8106 controler, using Windows XP.

Windows has asked to install some updates (Windows only, nothing directly related to the PXI controler)

Is it possible that some conflicts will arise with the controler?

Thanks for posting on National Instruments forum. 

You can update your Windows on your PXI-8106 controller it won't result conflicts.
