Hi All,
I'd like to use the PXI switch (2503) to connect a DUT (solar cell) to either a lock-in-amplifier to measure small signals from a modulated laser OR use a SMU (4130) to measure an I-V curve. I was thinking of using a matrix measurement with r0 and r1 connected to the SMU and LIA and C0 as the solar cell. Any comments on this configuration with respect to grounding or reducing noise to the LIA ?
