hi,

I'm sampling acceleration with a labview VI. a few days ago I noticed the DC of the signals are no longer zero centered.

when trying the self-calibrate the PXIe-4496 from the MAX i'm getting the same message (the self-test is working properly).

can I repair / calibrate without sending the board to NI?

Help would be highly appreciated,

Mor

Hi morb,

It does look like we need to send in the board for repair if this is experiencing the same issue that is referenced in the earlier part of the thread.

Hi Andrey,

Being that this is an old fourm post, I would recommend creating a new post to get more visibility on your question. Including screenshots of the error you see would be helpful in the new post as well.

Thanks!

Called to NI engenier.....

Saying it is fuse on ao0 channel (ao - analog output).

And inviting to send card fo repair....not self -repair.

Thank to all!
