Hi,

I have followed the installation procedure for PXI 5404 from the starting guide. It shows present in my PXIe 1062Q chassis. However, i'm not seeing the soft control panel for it. The access LED with the card is also not lit.

Would you please help me to figure this out?

To help troubleshoot this better, can you tell us how you are controlling this PXIe chassis? Do you have a controller or are you using a MXI card?

Which version of NI-FGEN are running? You can find this by looking under "Software" in NI MAX.

The version is 18.1. I looked at it from DVD kit. Whenever i'm trying to see it from software tab, it shows following error
