synchronisation de la carte d'acquisition NI PXIe 6356

I am in the process of acquiring data with the NI PXIe 6356 card. The signal generation is done with the tektronix function generator. i use a multisine signal that i sample at a frequency of 100hz and the signal in question is 4000points. however, there is a synchronisation problem between the two systems. It should be noted that the card is fixed in the NI PXIe 1066 DC chassis. for synchronisation i use the chassis clock reference which is 10Mhz. are there any other specific settings that i need to make? because even though the connection has been made and the external clock has been activated on the generator, the same problem persists.
