does someone knows if there is an instrument driver for IFR 2398 (spectrum analyzer) that is compatibale to labview 7.1

I did a search on NI's driver network and did not find a driver for your instrument. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they have a driver. If you cannot find a driver, you can use VISA to communicate with your instrument. If you are not familiar with VISA click here for more information. I hope this helps.
