9264 glitch energy

Does anyone know the specified glitch energy of the NI-9264 16 channel, +/- 10 V, 16-bit analog output module?

The specifications for the 9264 do not include any information on glitch energy, nor is that a specification usually available. The information that is available that pertains to that is the settling time, which is defined below:

Settling time
20 V step.....................................20 μs
1 V step.......................................15 μs
0.1 V step....................................13 μs
