Building Dll for labVIEW RT gives errors

Hi All

Does building dll for labVIEW RT using CVI require labview runtime engine to be installed?

becuase i get some errors of unsatisfied referances to some library while building the dll with target selceted to "labVIEW real time only".

Hello Arun, You don't need to have LabVIEW Run Time installed on your machine. thanx  for the reply, am using the RS 232 functions in my dll, i guess this is natively not supported in the "cvi_lvrt.dll". Is there any way else i can create this
