CRIO connection to webpage

I am not able to connect to CRIO in NI Max but the IP of the CRIO is getting pinged. Will like to know any steps i am missing.

Run the software installer for the cRIO and make sure the web server is installed. It may be worth formatting the controller and doing a fresh install.
