Hi,
We have a cRIO-based system in service offshore (i.e. not accessible to experiment on). It is a cRIO-9048 and it hosts a SVE (Shared Variable Engine) which serves NPSVs (Network Published Shared Variables) to a remote UI via a 3G/4G mobem connected to one of the Ethernet Ports. That all works fine. A modification is needed that requires a new device to be connected to the cRIO's second Ehernet Port and also get access to the NPSVs. We've no prior experience with using the second Ethernet port on a cRIO, so just wondering if there is some showstopper with doing this or if it will work just the same as the first Ethernet Port.
Thanks,
