Fluctuating Amperage Reading

I found out it was noise in the system. I bought a Current Isolator Transmitter Wide Application DC 4-20mA.  After installing the device, the signal was more constant.  It still isn't where I'd like but it was showing the correct and constant mA reading.  I'm currently trying to make a drawing on Fritzing for my setup but it won't be exact.

TX86 Oscilloscope Reading.jpg

I took an oscilloscope to the TX86 neg(-) wire without the signal conditioner.  The reading showed a lot of waves. I took a reading from another device that was 4-20mA and the line was flat.  It appears that the TX86 is putting out a wave that the DAQ has a hard time interpreting.
