Is it possible to use NI9206 directly without any c systems?

Is it possible to use NI9206 directly on ethernet or serial bus without any c systems?

If no, Is there any other module with specification like NI9206 that can be used directly on ethernet or serial bus with length of 100 meters?

You need some sort of cDAQ or cRIO chassis.  If you only want one of these modules without a Real Time support, then I would just use a cDAQ-9181 Ethernet chassis and your module.
