NI 9144 EtherCAT and NI 9220 using 3rd party EtherCAT master

I am trying to use an NI9144 chassis with 2X NI9264, 2X NI9220, 3X NI9476, 1X NI9425.

The NI 9220 is listed as a supported module but the XML file is not included with the NI 9144 XML creator.

Does this XML file exist somewhere or could I just create it using XML notepad?
