I am trying to reset the password to my CRIO-9045 after it was handed over to me. I need to install Labview FPGA to it but need to enter the password to do so. I have tried resetting it via the Reset button and the CMOS Reset button but both methods failed to work. The password after a successful reset should be blank. I have read other posts about other CRIO and similar issues but can't get a clear-cut working answer. If anyone has run into this issue and knows how to reset the password, please let me know.
