Pro-grammatically Discover Remote Devices (cRIO or sbRIO) within Local network

hi i am developing a application where  i need to configure my cRIOs. So first i need to discover all the RIO within the network and configure them one by one by selecting their IP address from List.

 

Anybody have any Knowledge how to discover. I think there must be some solution as MAX discover any kind of Remote devices. 

 

 

Please Help.

You didn't specify the LabVIEW version you are using. In LabVIEW 2009 you can use the RT Get Target Information VI to get a list of all RT targets on your local subnet.

Hi Dadiala,

 

There is a VI on the real-time utilities palette that will find systems on your subnet and return their info.

 

It's called RT Get Target Information.vi
