Problems communicating with third party modules using cRIO-9024 and Labview 2012.

Solved!

Hello everyone,

I've recently bought the moviemed AF 1501 module but I'm unfortunately not able to communicate with it properly. I've followed all of the instructions outlined in the manual, but to no avail. I've downloaded the drivers and recommended software, but whenever I try to add the AF 1501 as an extra C-series module (in the drop down menu), Labview doesn't see it.

When I installed the driver for the module it asked for what version of Labview I was running (either 2009 or 2010, no option of 2012), I chose 2010. Could this be the problem?

Thanks!

Hi Mswn,

I would first like to ask if you can see any other C-series modules on your chassis--are other modules showing up correctly?

I also see that MoviMed does indicate that they offer LabVIEW 2011 and 2012 drivers at the AF 1501 product page here. Are these the drivers you are using?
