I've used RT Get CPU Loads.VI with success in development mode on several cRIO targets, but when running as a startup application on a cRIO-9045, I receive:
error -2233 Unable to retrieve CPU load information. Verify that CPU load monitoring is enabled on the target.
I'm not sure why the behavior is different with a startup application from development mode. I've tried placing a delay of up to 120+ seconds before making the call to be sure all OS services are loaded, but this doesn't solve it.
I appreciate any replies, but before answering that this VI is deprecated please see my other question here:

Hi simplemaan,
What version of LabVIEW are you using?
It looks like this may be a Known Issue with some versions. If so the workaround is to Disable Embedded UI.

Thanks for pointing this out. The embedded UI is enabled on the RT.
