Simulated Devices

Can i add ELVIS II as a simulated device from NI MAX? I cannot see it under "NI MAX/Devices and Interfaces(Right click)/Create Simulated NI DAQmx Device"

I dont believe you can do that natively. You can try checking with your local NI reps to see if they have a workaround though.
