Using PXIe-6363 with DAQmx inside Scan Engine timed loop?

Hi together,

in our application a PXI-1078 chassis is connected to multiple NI-9145 EtherCAT expansion chassis. Measurement data are acquired via Scan Engine. Is it possible to add the PXIe-6363 card into the Scan Engine time loop somehow? (This card doesn't show up in the project tree).

I think I can only access the signals via DAQmx...
