Web browser problems

I am using a RT fieldpoint module running a program displaying data .If I try to view the program via several computers at the same time I receive a message to the effect that I do not have enough licences.I was under the impression that the web server on the RT module can support 10 concurrent viewers of the program. Can anyone tell me what can be done to allow multiple viewers?
