cRIO 9004 is not getting displayed in MAX

cRIO 9004 is not getting displayed in MAX when I am connecting it to an ethernet port via a standard ethernet cable. I have tried using both CAT5 and CAT6 cables. However, when I am connecting it to my PC by using the same cables, it is getting displayed under MAX with IP as 0.0.0.0 but it is not allowing to set the network settings, etc.

I am using LabVIEW 2010 with NI-RIO 3.5 version.

The link is ON because its continously blinking, but I don't know why it is not getting displayed in MAX.

Have you ever seen cRIO on infected system or not? If all the drivers are installed you can check if firewall is allowing cRIO or not. Also check the status LED on the cRIO.
