cRIO-9053: Programmable over USB?

Solved!
Go to solution

Is the cRIO-9053 programmable through LabVIEW using USB port 1?  I cannot use the Ethernet port for programming in this application since it is used by the VI.

USB Port 1 is listed as "USB Type-C, device with Console Out": Does this port only support a serial terminal, or does it also support a networked connection over USB?

Yes, use that port.  It creates an Ethernet Over USB connection.  But it is a set IP Address.  It is a life-saver for configuring a cRIO.
