chassis cRIO 9112 is lost

Hello;

I cant add the project chassis.

only my crio 9025 is shown in tree modules and chassis cant shown.

I format the crio; but the problem cant solved.

what can i do to fix this problem.

Hi Sinan,

Could you confirm a few things that would better enable me to investigate the issue:

1. Is this a new issue, or has this always happened with this hardware?
2. Does the chassis show up in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX)?
3. What version of NI-RIO software are you using?
4. Have you tried seperating the controller and chassis are reattaching them? (ensuring the cRIO is not connected to a power source)

Analog output NI 9264

software ni crio 5.0 (not sure) LV 2011i 

i can look it in monday.

Hi Sinan,

It is worth updating the NI-RIO device driver found here to ensure that drivers are not the issue.

After you've downloaded and installed these drivers, follow the instructions here to update the software on the cRIO.

If you could let me know how you get on/if this solves the issue, that would be great.
