DAQmx has no Advise Express VI, how can I get around that in my programming?

Im using LabVIEW 7.1, SCXI 1000 chassis & DAQmx. I need to use the on-change terminal on the Advise VI under the NI Measurements functions, but there is no Advise VI under DAQmx. I need to perform a calculation on each change of voltage (0 or 5 Volts). I'm having trouble programming this without the Advise VI because I only want my calculation performed on each change and not continuously.

Hello Lee9,

I am not sure I understand what you mean by Advise VI. What exactely are you trying to accomplish?
Maybe there is a better way to do it. Please provide details on your setup.
