How i can read analog signal, use the values and save to column

I use SC-2345 and couple of SCI-CI20, I read values between start and stop, I also use values in my program.
How i can save the data to columns?
I have tried that with "AI Acquire waveform" block but it mixes the values.

1. 2. 3. <- channel
4.00 6.00 5.00 <- 1. value
4.01 6.05 4.06 <- 2. value
.
.
.

Reading rate is 1 KHz, i dont know how many sample i have... but max. is 65 000 -> 65 seconds

Hello Jani,

So if I understand well, you are not having a problem with the actual acquisition of your data, but rather with saving the data in columns after acquisition. What do you mean by "it mixes the values"? In addition, how are you saving the data that you acquire and what would you like the saved data to look like?
