Is it possible for the SCXI-1530 module to block any of its four channels?

I use the NI vibration tool kit with the SCXI-1530 module and DAQCard-AI-16E-4. Of the 4 channels of the module I am able to use just 2, where I connect the corresponding Bently Nevada vibration sensors. From the other two channels, I don't get any response. I wonder if I blocked or damaged them while trying to do the configuration; and if they are blocked, what can I do to fix them?

If you are able to read from 2 channels of the module, I don't believe you have problem on the configuration of the module. It's looking like you have two damaged channels there.

Is there any way to reset the supposed damaged channels?
How can the channels be damaged?. If the configuration option of 4 mA of excitement current is applied to a sensor that does not need it; could it be a cause for damage?
