SCXI 1000 Tc module failure of channel #8 multiple failures.different systems.

Several of my test systems have had a SCXI 1102 module channel #8 failure. WHen repaired it was found to be a bad amplifier on that channel. Why?
$600 to fix a bad component.
Is there a built in failure mode to this module SCXI1102?
Is there an internal issue causing this failure?

There is no trend that we have seen to cause such an error.

Can I contact you directly to dicsucss this and resolve the reason for the damage to your equipment?

Thanks for the reply, 920.683.7855 is my phone on the floor. These systems have a SCXI 1000 chassis, SCXI1102 in slot 1, SCXI1102 in slot 2, SCXI1102C in slot 3. Tc all have grounded cables, to a TBX1303 terminal board to CJC the Tc outside the test room. the SCXI1102C is connected to a PTB power monitor board, several triggering devices (CT with rectifier to signal (Vdc) coil energized or not), and pressure transducers with a .1 to 5.1 Vdc input/output. a regulated 24 Vdc is used to supply the voltage to the transducers. could a spike in the supply 24 Vdc voltage smoke the amplifier on the SCXI1102 , even though they are isolated?
please give me a call with any insite you can give to the issue is appreciated
