Hello,
I have been using a SCXI-1125/TBX-1316 combination for about 6 months to acquire high-voltage line signals and low-voltage transducer signals. The system is controlled by a C# application using Measurement Studio, and has been running very well since installation. Prior to each acquisition, the software application signals the SCXI chassis to reset. Recently, during a typical day of testing, the system had run 15-20 acquisitions. On the last acquisition, the SCXI failed to reset and displayed the following error:
This error is displayed in the C# application as well as in MAX. If I remove the TBX-1316 accessory from the chassis configuration, the error does not appear. Does this indicate a physical/EEPROM failure of the TBX-1316? If so, is there a way to reinitialize the TBX, or must it be returned for service?
I have switched the SCXI-1125 modules with those in a similar system, and they seem to be working. Also, the automatic chassis configuration does detect the TBX-1316 properly, however, the test panels do not allow me to select the -1000V to 1000V range that I have been using.
Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Hi Eric,
How do the Test Panels not allow you to select +/- 1000V? What happens? In Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX), try resetting the module, the chassis, and then performing the self test. What happens for each step? Do you have another TBX-1316 to test? Did anything change in the system recently? Screenshots are always helpful!
