Hi,
I made a test for a relay module last year. It's a Safety relay module with 3 relay in series. The test I made measures the Pull-in-, Drop-out voltage, Pull-in-, Drop-out time, Bounce time (not in your list), contact resistance plus some other test specific for this module.
What I don't see a power supply in your list is. Do you want to measure the contact resistance with full load ?
Things I added (beside the PSU):
1 relay to reverse the power connection to the relay module
1 relay to connect a extra load to the PSU (explained later)
A few resistor and MosFet to drive the relay.
The power reversal depends on your relay.
The extra PSU load was needed in my case for the drop-out test. Otherwise the voltage from the PSU drops to slow for a good Drop-out test.
How is that for a start
