Iotech Daqlab/2001 configuration for SignalExpress

Hello,

I have Daqlab/2001 series from Iotech and I want to use SignalExpress software for signal processing,impact hammer test.

Daqview is not working for me especially for impact hammer test.

Unfortunately,signalexpress not recognizing daqlab neither on MAX nor on its interface.Can you help me how to configure it?

Hey, 

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Have you insured that you have the latest drivers installed to interface with this device? Also, have you checked to see if this device shows up in Windows Device Manager? If you have more detailed questions regarding the Daqlab/2001 you should reach out to McDAQ support as it seems that this is not a NI product.

Hey, 

It seems that 2015 Signal Express can support 3rd party hardware as long as it uses NI supported device drivers or IVI compliant drivers. The link below describes this in more detail.
