I need to reduce the sample size from 3 thermistors over a period of about 1 hour.
I'm reading the voltage differential from 3 analoge inputs with a USB-6343 multifunctional DAQ.
I've tried to reduce the sample rate but this gave me an error, so I went back to the default settings of 1kHz for sampling rate.
Is there a way I can reduce the sample size from withing Signal Express (demo version)? I need to be able to output to excel so that I can share results.

The Subset and Resample step may work for you.

Thank you for your response DFGray....I used some type of step (called something along the lines of scale/calibrate?) that was able to reduce the sample size significantly. I figured out the bigger problem was that I was on the demo version which doesn't allow you to add any steps to analyze the data.

Hi RANDY36,
DId you find a solution on how to get your sampling rate down using the Limited Edition of SignalExpress?
I'm dealing with a similar issue (NI USB 6210 w/ Signal Express 2012) with trying to measure voltage on 16 channels once every half hour. It limits the rate to ~once/3.6 minutes.

Hello WCGSI2012,
Does DFGray's "Subset and Resample" step work for you? I think that is a good way to go.
