Signal Express for Tektronics USB device not recognised

Hi,

I have an MSO2024 and have just installed the Signal Express for Tektronics 2.5.1 software. The problem is Windows comes up with a message saying USB device not Supported. I assume this is a driver issue however I don't know which driver to download and where to install as it is a different file structure to standard Labview (which I don't have)

Any help appreciated.

Hi Leethal

Sounds like you need to download the driver of this device for Windows first to communicate the device with your machine and then try it with Signal Express.
