Hi ceridwen,
Can you attach the original .tdms file you are trying to import? I do not see why this should not work for you. Thanks!

Hi Joseph,
i wish you a happy new year. I generate a new data file. This file did not work, too. Furthermore i attach a screenshot of the lower window part, where you can see the protocol entry. The demo.tdms file has 5 channels of data. Each channel with 80000 data values.
Regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Happy new year to you too! Thank you for attaching the files. Can you also attach the version of the converted TDMS file which was generated with the conversion utility and a screenshot of what seetings you are using in the conversion utlility? Also, what OS are you using? Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi Joseph,
thanks for your help. It seems to be that i'm a little bit blind. In Signal express i did not see that there was a new menu entry named "file". I think that is not normal, because i use the german version. So right next to the menu entry "Datei" there was a new entry "file". Se the attached picture menu.jpg. Here i found the conversion utility. With the right settings(see settings.jpg) i could convert the demo.tdms to demo_converted.tdms. Both files are also in the attached archive. This converted file works fine. Now I can find the 5 data channels in the protocol. My first thought was that i have to use the import entry in "Datei" (see import_demo_data.jpg). Now i see i was wrong.
Many thanks for your help!
Best regards,
Thomas
