Hi,
I installed asset manager to play around with, but 2 tiles are showing a red exclamation mark.
The tip displays: _shared/reports/Connection History.ipynb not found or incorrectly formatted (the file does exist on disk C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\Skyline\JupyterHub\notebooks\_shared\reports)
BTW Test Monitor is also showing 4 exclamation marks.
SL asset manager 19.0.0.49153f0 and f1 for web service

Can you provide a screenshot? Also, do you have Jupyter Notebook for SystemLink installed on your server? It should be included in the suite (you have to opt in to install it) but can also be installed individually from NIPM.

Do you have any assets in your systems or test results? It's possible the reports aren't handling it well when there is no data.

Hereby my a screenshot. And yes, I also have Jupyter notebooks installed. All are the latest version available in NIPM.

I think you forgot to include the screenshot...

Hi Andre,
We have the same problem after updating to 19.0 version.

We're looking into this issue and can't seem to get it to reproduce like you guys are. Did you upgrade all of your components to 19.0 at the same time?
Also, can you get some logs for me? Specifically I'm interested in a SystemLink Technical Support Report which can be generated using the SystemLink Server Configuration Utility and a NIPM Technical Support Report. The latter can be generated using the exe inside of the attached zip file. Feel free to message me directly when you get those logs.

Also, have you tried restarting the service manager using the SystemLink Server Configuration Utility? Or does this issue persist across reboots?

I tried the reboot several times, but did it deliberate just now to confirm.
It still happens after a reboot, but somehow the calibration forecast worked (screenshot).
It takes quite a while (3-5 seconds) before the exclamation mark appears.
Could it be due to a time out in the Jupyter notebook? I recall seeing time outs on a notebook I copied to my user directory for learning how it works.
I'll try that again later.
