I think it was interpolating a 3dB point from a series of RF filter measurements.  I had two arrays (frequency and response in dB).  Use the Threshold 1D Array on the dB measurement array to get the "index" of the 3dB point and then use Interpolate 1D Array to get what the frequency was at that 3dB point.
