I have 4 Rios that need to be replaced.
1. Rio 2 with unrecoverable error.
2. Rio 1 with an Ethernet port that doesn't seem to work.
3. Rio 1 with unrecoverable error that also boot loops.
4. Rio 2 with "user rail short circuit", but I cleaned it thoroughly and there was nothing. Nor was this one used in competition.
I tried flashing firmware and it didn't resolve anything.

For the roboRIO's that are failing have you tried resetting them to factory default?
Remove the SD card when you do this.
Also try to reimage and reflash the SD card.

@aliddy23, I'm sorry this went without an answer from NI for so long.
1. Rio 2 with unrecoverable error.
-> Double checking, you tried re-imaging the SD card per SD card using either BalenaEtcher or the Raspberry Pi imager and the .*img*.zip file as described here: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/zero-to-robot/step-3/roborio2-imaging.html ?
-> Does that same SD card work in another Rio 2?
-> Is there any debris in the SD card slot? (the SD card not seating properly can also cause this error mode).
2. Rio 1 with an Ethernet port that doesn't seem to work.
-> What is the behavior? What do the lights do when connected to a powered radio or a computer?

-> Were you able to fully open the unit to clean both sides of the circuit board? (Four screws on the back and the two screws at the port to allow access to both the back and front of the circuit board) (Maybe also use a flashlight to inspect the board closely for any remaining metal shards and remove them as well.)
