Cables get stuck in USB Type B Port on RoboRIO 1.0

My team has a RoboRio 1.0 with a USB Type B port that multiple cables get stuck in. We've looked for obstructions or bent metal that could be the cause, but cannot find anything obvious. We've also tried other cables - and our other Rios don't seem to have any issues.

Is it possible to have this one repaired?  If so, please advise instructions.
