Our original roboRIO was returned in 2019 for a replacement that was received in February 2020. We didn't get around to trying it out before shutting down for C19.
So this week, back again, we tried to get it going... and were disappointed when things didn't work: the RSL light and Radio ports on this RMA'ed replacement do not seem to work.
Swapping out this roboRIO for a working one, and everything works fine. Swapping the RMA'ed roboRIO back in... and it simply does not work.
I would be grateful for an RMA on this 'RMA'.
