RoboRIO 2.0 - SD card flaky and no CAN bus

Hi --

One of our RoboRIO 2.0s has two issues -- the SD card doesn't pop out and sometimes doesn't seem to read it at all. And the CAN bus doesn't seem to work at all. How do I exchange it? We have already been through the troubleshooting steps.

I guess you've already tried it, but did you use compressed air and a brush to check if there is any debris interfering with the communication in the ports and SD cards?

Yes, we inspected the ports carefully, didn't see anything, but then used compressed air and a small brush just to be sure. It didn't help.
